just a few posts down this one.
I've read from the SPCA website that all AVA did was issue a warning letter to the woman who abused the puppy, Butter.
I just wrote an email to appeal for the AVA to retract their 'punishment' for the woman and give her a heavier punishment.
Here's my email: *its rather long.
Im writing this to appeal to the AVA regarding butter's abuse case.
As shown in the video on this abuse case on youtube, a world-wide known and globally surfed website, it has proven that the dog has undergone extreme trauma and stress due to it's beating by the owner.
I'm sure many people have already expressed their strong opinion about verdict that was passed out for this particular dog abuse case.
As expressed out on the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, SPCA website, giving out a warning letter does not carry out any kind of weightage at all.
A warning letter is definitely not a good enough consequence for the lady who abuse butter so brutally.
Butter is a puppy who naturally starts teething and therefore needs something to bite on.
The woman involved in this video is really ridiculous in the way she dealt with the puppy, causing it to suffer from fear and panic.
The video is the best proof that the people behind this abuse case is very proud that they abused a defendless puppy.
Supporters of the opposite may argue that it is because the dog had been very mischeivious because he has bitten the cushion and spoilt it.
But may I then ask how would a puppy know if that was meant to be eaten or not. If she left the cushion lying around then to the puppy, it is free to take.
How can she then put all the blame on the puppy.
In the video she claimed that the weapon she used to hit the puppy does not cause pain, why then may I rebute, did she use it to hit the puppy in the first place then?
If it does not cause pain, why then did the puppy cry out whenever she laid the weapon on him?
And if that still does not give enough evidence and emphasis on the cruel acts that they have caused upon the puppy, then may I ask, why in the first place video this down?
Is dog abusing/animal abusing such a glorifying thing to do that they have to video it down and post it up on a international site?
Have they come to gain supporters and encourage animal abuse?
I strongly feel that it is too mild a consequence for the woman and her accomplice just by receiving a warning letter.
As said before, a warning letter does not guarantee the future safety of this puppy, butter and it does not also guarantee that the people abusing butter will not then again commit the same mistake.
As a 17 year old, I cannot do anything to the people who have abused butter but write this appea in. I firmly believe that the AVA will make ammendments and step up on their precaution measures for animal abuse cases.
This case has brought many people together as one to feel agressively against the act of animal abuse.
Emphasising on the point that SPCA has brought up that a warning letter meant also that such brutal acts of abuse is "allowed" in Singapore because the puppy is not protected anyway and no major actions have been taken to help the distressed puppy.
Again, I plead that you take my email into consideration for the change in the punishment that woman and her accomplice should rightfully receive.

The donkey had been examined by a veterinarian, who found that her half-an-hour-long flight over heads of holidaymakers last week did not inflict any physical damage, Igor Zhelyabin, a spokesman for the region, said. "The veterinarian has come to a conclusion that the animal is clinically healthy," he said.
The donkey's mental state however remained unclear.
Animal rights activists, who condemned the stunt as cruel, have said the animal must have been very distressed by the flight as well as a rough landing on the water.
Pictures broadcast on state television showed the donkey taken high into the sky by the stunt, frantically swinging its legs in panic as the speedboat circled around the water.
Mr Zhelyabin said a decision on whether to open a criminal animal cruelty case would be made on Friday.
The owner of the donkey, who lives in the nearby town of Temryuk, however, has told the authorities he does not see anything wrong in forcing his donkey to fly because the beachgoers "were having fun," Mr Zhelyabin said.
Dina Goncharova, another local police spokeswoman, said police had confirmed that the donkey was a female.
just by reading this snip of the many articles online, I already feel so indignant for the poor donkey.
even her owner allows this to happen to her.

All these animals abuse?! seriously, that owner of the donkey should be hung just for saying that it's alright to treat animals with no respect and responsibility and no realms of conscience that they too can feel pain, stress and are living creatures too.
and to the entrepreneurs, because of your IMPROMTU decision, you made an animal suffer and she would have died if nobody were to save her.

FUCK YOU INDIAN WOMAN
I've decided to address this topic on animal abuse simply because I have been related to this topic for this whole week. I have been tasked with english assignment on the massacre of dolphins and I was just doing a research on rabbits for my new little bunny, bomb. (I decided to name him bomb cos he just can't stop shitting out mini atomic bombz, hence the name) and found out about a dog abuse video my friend and I talked about today.
the video is on an innocent puppy being whacked and hantam by this fucking woman who apparently is his owner. I think it's rlly absolutely ridiculous because he is just a puppy and she expects him to know what he can do and what he can't do. Put her child(if she has one, which I rlly doubt so) in the puppy's shoe and she expects her child to differentiate between right and wrong? so if her child does something wrong due to his ignorance she whacks him up too?
BE MORE CIVILISED LAH FUCKER-.-
and guess what! she works just opposite my house at holland village. wow.
The reason why she fucking abused her puppy was because he bit a cushion? a rather ugly one like those some taxi drivers seat on? how much can that fucking cost? and here I emphasize again, it's a PUPPY.
Puppies starts teething and that's why they need things to chew on because the process of teething is fucking annoying! anyone reading this have gone through teething. many of us dont remember the agony and pain simply because as we grow older, some of our memories from the past tend to fade unless triggered. even so, the pain of teething? I think that's too long ago for us to remember.
anyhow, back to my point about teething, the fucking puppy needs to chew on smth and if she didn't give the puppy anything to chew on then of cos the cushion laying around is the next available choice.
In the video, she said the thing she used to fucking hantam = WHACK the dog doesn't cause pain, then whatever for she hit the dog?! CONTRADICTING fuck. IF it doesn't cause pain to the dog then why the fuck that every time she hits the dog with it, the dog cries out? I use the cb thing to whack her see pain not.
She just contradicts herself like wow, have nv seen such great opposites ever before.
The last bit of the video, the dog already hid before she can even whack him. why? cause he is already traumatized by that fucking evil witch. (looks like one luh)
